Interior door sheetmetal for a '32 3 Window Coupe. If you're building a rat rod, or traditional rod, these might be a nice alternative to upholstered door panels or the bomber-style panels full of lightening holes. These were designed after photo references of original '32 door sheet metal and include proper ribbing and holes. Note, these are 3D printed parts, supplied on the supports.
Recommended for EXPERIENCED 3D Printed part modelers. These door panels were designed and printed flat so some shaping to match the curvature of your body will be necessary. The hot water shaping technique is recommended. Run hot water from the tap (not boiling or scalding, just hot) over the part for about a minute, CAREFULLY bend the door panel a little at a time. When the desired shape is achieved, make the part take a "set" by dipping in cold tap water. Allow the part to sit for a day or so as it may return to some of the original shape and require additional shaping.
