Brake System with Wheel Stud Holes in Rotors

Calnaga's Funny Car Brake System includes rotors, calipers, master cylinder and brake handle. The rotors feature printed in holes so you can install wheel studs to fit Calnaga's Halibrand or Cragar 16" rear wheels. Those wheels have lug nuts with open holes so that you can have removeable rear wheels, a very unusual feature in 1:25 scale.
Parts are 3D printed, supplied on the supports.

This is an advanced skill level kit. Rotor wheel stud holes are to be sized with 0.020" drill. Lug nut holes in wheels are to be sized by drilling in two steps, 0.020" and 0.023" for best results. Studs are to be CA glued into the rotor stud holes, cut and deburred by light sanding.
The caliper is sized so that the brake rotor can rotate through it. The bracket holds the caliper on center for a 0.125" axle housing. The rotor has a 0.063"/1/16" hole on the backside to fit typical kit steel rod axles. Rotor diameter is 11" in scale.
10" of soft 26AWG/0.018" dia. wire provided for wheel studs.
Intermediate modelers may chose to glue the wheels to the rotors, but the removeable wheel feature will be lost.
