A Halibrand slot style wheel half of typical kit design.  This is a 15" diameter version used on various drag and street subjects

Outside diameter of barrel is 0.615"  Outside Diameter of rim flange 0.655"  Depth to back half surface 0.230" 

Painting suggestion shown, your wheels are cast in white resin.  One pair.  Wheel rear half not included.
